FCE Ultra is an NTSC Famicom/NTSC NES emulator for DOS. It is based upon Bero's original FCE source code. Current features include adequate PPU, CPU, pAPU, expansion chip, and joystick emulation. Also a feature unique to this emulator(at the current time) is authentic Game Genie emulation! The VS Unisystem is emulated as well.

What is new:

        * Mapper 1 improved.
        * Mapper 21 improved.
        * Sprite/background priorities fixed.
        * Sprites are now rendered line by line.
        * VS Unisystem dip switch bug fixed.
        * A bug that was causing some smaller VS Unisystem games to cause
          FCE Ultra to crash during startup has been fixed.
        * Various optimizations.
        * Two new video modes added for compatibility with newer
          displays, like LCDs.  Both are 640x480x8b and require
          VBE 2(for linear graphics memory).
