The Brazillian MSX emulator... interesting name, but perhaps a better name would be the Best Ranking MSX emulator =). BRMSX is written entirely in assembly language, making it much faster than all other MSX emulators, and is focusing on 100% accurate emulation, something that hasn't been taken seriously by other authors.

Marat Fayzullin's popular MSX emulator has been the most widely used MSX emulator for many years. fMSX has been ported to many different operating systems and still has source code distribution as part of the main Unix version download. fMSX has wide compatibility, however, unlike BRMSX, Marat isn't pounding out code to get this one at 100% perfection.

The newest MSX emulator made by nocash, it doesn't support much yet but in the future there may be more added. The sound is OK, and it only supports like four or five games.
