SNES Sprite Editor
"It's slow. Be warned." states Lindsay in the documentation. This seldom updated sprite editor may feature a nice interface, but true to its documentation, it is extremely slow.
From the author of the famous Super Nintendo emulator, ESNES, comes Visor, one of the first Super Nintendo ROM editors! Being somewhat formidable in its interface, Visor's usefulness since its release has slowly dwindled, but hopefully future versions, or even possible appending to ESNES itself can be expected.
